Founded in 1998, Mike Industry HK Co Limitd(Xingcai Industry Dongguan Company) has grown from a small plastic molding and die casting workshop to an industry leading, multi-plant molder known for its service, technology, quality and commitment to excellence. We have two factories and one export company to handle all your needs. Capabilities and Engineering Assistance We have two-service capabilities making us a one-stop die casting and molding source. We will serve as a single source of responsibility for everything from initial design assistance to precision machining, surface finishing and final assembly. Our engineering department can assist you in the concept and design of your part to optimize its compatibility with the die casting and injection molding process. A prototype service is available to assist in product design evaluation and to aid in verifying manufacturing process capability. Secondary Capabilities and Tooling In-house We are a complete value-added manufacturer with superb machining capabilities including mold design and fabrication, CNC machining and turning, sheet metal fabrication, rubber molding, precision casting, surface finishing, packaging and final assembly. All die casting and injection molding tools are designed and built in-house to meet both the clients and our own standards. Quality Assurance System ISO9001:2008 Production processes for each project are carefully planned, documented and monitored utilizing various statistical process control techniques. We are also dedicated to a continuous quality improvement (CQI) process in all areas of our company from zero defects and 100% conformance to continuous training and education for our employees.
