Megabond(Huangshan) Adhesive Co., Ltd., located in Huizhou district Huangshan city, is a sino-foreign joint venture producing and marketing polyurethane adhesives for composite packaging film. As one of the members of China National Adhesives Industry Association, Megabond was founded in 1994 with rapid development.Megabonds operation principle is to pursue the maximum customer satisfaction, attach great importance to customer commitment and strive for perfect product quality and performance. In 2002, Megabond was certified by BSI ISO9001, and in 2004, our company has invested to construct comprehensive testing building, purchase advanced detection equipment and establish a complete and perfect testing system. With a heavy investment in newly building production workshop in 2007, Megabond realized the production automation and furthermore help improve product quality. In 2009, to respond to district committee and governments policy---accelerating the optimization and upgrading of chemical enterprises, actively developing high-tech products, booming fine chemical industries and expanding economic development space---our company, which settled in Chengdong Circular Economic Zone, has invested 30 million Yuan in building workshop mainly producing polyurethane adhesive. Formally put into production in Oct., 2009, the annual outputs can reach millions of tons.After the project is completed and put into operation, the annual production capacity can increase by 10 thousand tons, among which water-based polyurethane adhesive 4000tons, ester soluble polyurethane adhesive 4000tons, alcohol soluble polyurethane adhesive 1000tons and solvent-free polyurethane adhesive 1000tons. Through the implementation of the project, it lays a solid foundation for product structure adjustment in the direction of high-tech content, high value-added and non-pollution. The project accords with the industry orientation that flammable and explosive dangerous chemical goods is replaced by high tech during production; strengthens companys dominant position in achievement transformation; promotes the integration of production, learning and study, which makes the enterprise own core technology with proprietary intellectual property rights, and reinforces its core competitiveness. In the meanwhile, through achievement transformation of this project, it has a demonstration effect on adhesive industry, forms a clean production mode of efficiency, safety and sustainability of polyurethane adhesive production in our country.Since the establishment of the company, Megabond has won a number of honors through constant development, namely "The Top 50 Private Enterprise in Huangshan City"; "Reliable Enterprise" honored by Labor and Social Security Department of Anhui Province; "AA Grade Credit Enterprise" assessed and awarded by Anhui Rongcheng Credit Rating Co., Ltd; "Safe Enterprise" entitled by Huizhou district committee and government in Huangshan city.Megabond has a long-term cooperative relationship with related institutions of higher learning and scientific research institutions.
