Company Overview

Middle Fork Capital LLC is a brokering company registered in November of 2023

The intent was to run it as a brokering firm, but as the process began, the need for the company a little closer to a refinery seemed all too real. As I was reaching out to find people closer to the source, I ended up getting involved directly with a reputable refinery. As we tried to work as a Direct Mandate to the Refinery, Many buyers tried to go around the Mandate and tried to go directly to the refinery. The Refinery reached out and had us upgrade to a Refinery Allocation Titleholder Seller, which we are currently working on. 

The Idea behind Middle Fork Capital is to help the Buyer receive a product and to help the refinery sell their product without getting scammed which seems to be widespread in this industry.
