Maxons is a leading manufacturer of cleanroom consumable products for critical and controlled environments. For over 15 years we have provided quality cost-effective cleanroom solutions to a wide range of regional and international OEM/wholesale clients in industries such as semiconductor, microelectronics, flat panel display, PCB, hard-disc, food & beverage, pharmaceutical, biotechnology and healthcare.Our core products include: Cleanroom Wipers, Cleanroom Swabs, Sticky Floor Mats and Rollers, Facemasks, Cleanroom Product Packaging, Sole Cleaning Machines, Cleanroom Gloves and Garments.We are headquartered in Hong Kong with sales offices in major cities in China, and a 300,000 square foot factory in Huizhou, China, about an hour north of Hong Kong. Our factory is certified as compliant with ISO 9001:2008 (Quality Management System), ISO 13485:2003 (Quality Management System for Medical Devices) and ISO 14001:2004 (Environmental Management Systems) standards. The two-building complex consists entirely of interconnected cleanrooms and controlled areas housing our fully integrated production lines, ISO 17025:2005 accredited in-house testing laboratory, warehouse and offices.Maxons has always been, and will always be about highest quality at lowest prices. To that end, we strive to produce all of our products from raw materials for complete control over the entire production process and greater efficiency. Among our production facilities, we currently have 40 sets of knitting machines that produce up to 80 kinds of fabric to meet different product and application requirements. Every step of the process is closely monitored by our Quality Control and R&D team of altogether 60 technical staff, making sure that we continue to deliver on our commitment to consistent top quality cleanroom products.
