Luxiberg Inspection started to inspect in China in 2005 and can help you to get better quality when you buy from China and Greater Asia by providing you with a full range of professional inspection services from the factory audit to the pre-shipment inspection and container loading supervision.We ensure that your quality standards, specifications and expectations will be well understood and met by the supplier.The quality inspection is performed as per the AQL level 2 and buyers requirements by a well-trained and experienced full-time inspector. On buyers request, we can also conduct full-inspection and check the products one by one.All our inspection services are performed by our own full-time inspectors.When performing product quality inspections, we focus on the essential the workmanship, product size measurements, the conformity of the production with clients specifications and requirements, and the product tests to make sure the product correct construction & assembly, safety, durability, function, functionalities and functioning.Regarding the packing, we ensure that the packing is well fitted for the products, the carton strength enough to not be damaged during the transportation, the shipping mark and labeling correct and in conformity with clients specifications.A clear and complete inspection report with lot of photos, our observations and comments will be sent to you the day after. If necessary, we can send you an inspection summary the same day and of course, we will inform you immediately if a big or several problems are found during the inspection.Our inspection reports include inspectors observations and comments and lot of pictures taken all along the inspection, thus showing you clearly all the aspects of your products and any possible issue.We have a strong network of experienced full-time inspectors spread in the following China coastal provinces: Guangdong, Fujian, Zhejiang, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Shandong, Hebei, Beijing and Tianjin and also in Chongqing, Zhengzhou (Henan province) and Chuzhou and Hefei (Anhui province).Our team of highly skilled and well-experienced inspectors has been carefully selected for their integrity, expertise and dedication to quality and their keen understanding of the cultural differences between China and Western countries. And, we have trained them to inspect as per European and American standards.We never outsource our inspection services nor hire freelance inspector on the inspection spot as do many of our competitors in China. When we have inspection mission out the provinces where are based our full-time inspectors, we send one of our full-time inspectors to perform the inspection.
