We have a business team of more than 10 people to provide you with professional business consulting 24 hours. 3 designers to have the 3D artwork. There are more than 10 people in the tracking team to follow up your order. There have more than 10 people QC team to provide 100% quality inspection service for the goods. Our quality inspection department is divided into 3 groups, namely incoming material inspection group, mid-term inspection group, and finished product inspection group. The incoming inspection team has 3 employees to conduct 100% quality inspection of all incoming raw materials and processed semi-finished products. And the mid-term inspection team has 5 employees to conduct 100% quality inspection of the goods produced every day on the production line. The finished product inspection team has 2 employees to sample the finished products and check the packaging, labels, cartons, marks, etc.
Products: Our products are environmentally friendly, free of lead, nickel, cadmium and other harmful metals, almost every batch of goods will do environmental certification before sending out. The environmental certifications we have passed include CP 65, ROHS, REACH, etc. Social Responsibility: We have the certificate SMETA, WCA, SGS, etc. We are the latest to receive RCS Traceability Certification for Recycled Materials.
We pay great attention to the quality of raw materials, we use high quality copper, silver and stainless steel as the main base materials. The surface is inlaid with natural gemstones, zircon, moissanite and other precious stones. We also use pearls, semi-precious stones, resins, glass stones, fabrics, threads and other accessories to create beautiful jewelry.
Plating plays a important part in popular jewelry, and we also pay a lot of attention to plating. We use the most advanced electroplating process on the market to ensure the jewelry's oxidation and abrasion resistance. For the plating of copper and silver jewelry, we use high temperature hardened thick plating and acid resistant frame protection. For stainless steel jewelry, we use high quality PVD coating. It is well known that the thicker the gold layer, the less likely the product will be oxidized. All our products can measure the thickness of the gold-plated layer with a gold tester, ranging from 0.075 marks to 3 marks according to customer requirements, and we will issue a test report with the goods.
Regarding pearls, there are deep sea pearls, freshwater pearls, shell imitation pearls, glass imitation pearls, resin imitation pearls, etc. We generally use the most cost-effective freshwater pearls and shell imitation pearls for our jewelry. Pearls come in many shapes, such as round pearls, rice pearls, baroque pearls, etc. Please refer to the picture for details. Regarding natural gemstones, we commonly use many kinds of natural gemstones, including colored diamonds of various color materials, round natural stone beads, faceted natural stone beads, etc. Prices of natural stones of different colors and qualities vary widely

Yes, we can provide samples. For new customers, please contact our customer service immediately to get some free samples. Of course, we can also customize samples according to your artwork, and then we send samples to you for confirmation. First of all, we will give you a 3D drawing based on your artwork for your confirmation. After you confirm the 3D design, we will make the sample and take a photo for you to confirm. After the picture confirms that there is no problem, we will send the complete first sample to you for confirmation. If you are not satisfied with the first sample, please put forward your valuable suggestions and we will change it until you are satisfied.
When the quantity reaches a certain standard, we will give a certain discount. You can also tell us what your target price range is.
