Code of Conduct for Larider S.A / Fishing Industry

1. Law Compliance: Our company strictly abides by all international, federal, and local laws and regulations which relate to the fishing industry.

3. Ethical Fishing Practices: We commit to using ethical fishing practices, which includes avoiding overfishing, not targeting endangered species, and not using harmful fishing methods.

4. Respect for Human Rights: We uphold and respect human rights at all times and this includes taking every reasonable measure to ensure our workers, contractors, and suppliers do, too.

5. Safe Working Conditions: Providing a safe, healthy, and pleasant working environment for all employees, free from harassment, discrimination, and violence.

6. Honesty and Integrity: We will conduct all business activities with honesty, integrity, transparency, and fairness.

7. Professional Conduct: All employees, contractors, and representatives must treat each other with respect, courtesy, honesty, and fairness.

8. Confidentiality: We are committed to preserving confidential information of our employees, stakeholders, and customers.

9. Reporting Violations: Encouraging the reporting of any illegal or unethical behaviour. Anyone found to be acting unethically or against laws or regulations should be reported and steps will be taken to tackle the reported issue.
