She observes the harvests in site (Ethiopia, Yemen, Colombia, Kenya, Brazil, etc.) which are in many countries during certain times of the year. She takes the care of all stages of harvests with the attention of a woman from collecting to drying and processing, and from storage to shipping.Essential information for best coffee is given to those who are in need thanks to our deep experience and wide barista net. We give professional Barista training to groups on-demand. Certification programs are held under the observation of teachers who have international accreditation and Master Barista certificates and, SCAE certificates which have international validity could be given.
