We established our self in 2005 as one of the foremost companies engaged in Manufacturing and Exports of high quality Copper Alloy based Brass Precision Components for Electrical, Electronics, Fastener and Fixing, Automotive and other Engineering Sectors & customized brass components.We also offer "Lead free" products. With more than a decade of experience and having gained ISO 9001-2008 certification, our quality assured range of products has enabled us to gain confidence in manufacturing above products with industrial needs.We are located in western part of INDIA in Jamnagar. We started as a small manufacturer doing contract jobs for exporters. We emphasis on increasing our facilities, testing procedures & other resources based on our Customer requirements which add value to our customer friendly policy.We have quality control department, which ensures that each product manufactured as exactly to the print and each process are controlled and the quality of the parts maintained throughout the entire process. We follow rigorous controls like Material control, Process control, Machining and Dimensional control and Assembly line quality control, Leakage / Pressure testing along with supplementary tests to ensure that our range is free from all kinds of defects. Due to our ethical business policies, we have been able to serve our esteemed clients, located across the globe. We provide inspection reports to our customers, if required.Our extensive experience allows us to offer technical support services, from Design advice to Testing and Commissioning of the Product. Due to strict quality control procedures our customers are kept ensured that their requirements are met accurately and consistently.Our flexible assembly, packaging and shipping systems allows us to meet virtually any requirement, including parts combined in a "kit" for specific applications, custom labeling, Bar coding and customized packaging. We offer Export worthy customized packaging for Sea as well as for Air shipments. Our logistics department ensures that the products are delivered to the clients as per their demands, within the stipulated time frame.A wide range of option for packaging material like Customized Poly-bags & kit packing, Bar coding, Corrugated Boxes, Wooden Cases, Pallet Packing suitable for global requirements.We have large sized storing facility to store their range of brass products. We maintain a controlled temperature in our warehouse to prevent the products from corroding or rusting, cracking or other adversaries due to moisture and improper handling. Our companys streamlined storage process is made easier with proper labeled sections for each product category, which helps in easy inventory management and dispatch of the products at the final destination.
