I extend you Greetings and Blessing from the USA. J.U.A. International & Circle One Promotions are the SisterCompanies of Step Ladder Transportation Inc., a for profit Corporation licensed under Title 10C-423 under theSecretary of State of Minnesota since 1998.

This Corporation serves as an Intermediary Body for Command and Control for all transactions in International Tradeand Commerce, following all rules and guidelines in Accordance with the International Chamber of CommerceConvention (I.C.C. 500). We have a team of dedicated and committed executives capable of handling all tradeagreements around the world and tracking all shipments to the end. We source, negotiate and communicate directlywith all parties so that a full understanding of all terms is complete, and shipments can commence without any delays according to schedule.

J.U.A. International & Circle One Promotions shall and will:

 Monitor and track all shipments with Supplier until the completion of the Quantity of Urea bought and paid for istransferred into your possession.

 Make timely contact communication with Supplier if any problems arise in this contractual obligation.

 Maintain accountability of all shipments, which will include all Bills of Lading that facilitate this contract, with checkcalls frequently. 

 Maintain accurate data accountability for review and inspection at any time to END BUYER and its affiliates forthe duration of the agreement.

 Fulfill our Obligational requirements to this Contract from Acceptance to Conclusion.

J.U.A. International & Circle One Promotion is looking to establish a long-term, steady, and friendly business relationship with your organization through our mutual effort and cooperation.

Kindly provide an Official Letter of Intent (LOI) on your corporate letterhead, along with a signed NCND that isprovided by this Corporation, so that the signed Contract and all addendums can be forwarded to all parties involved.

J.U.A. International & Circle One Promotions will remain in constant contact and communication with the Seller untilthe completion of the agreement in full.
