Joleda Sdn Bhd was incorporated in October 2020 to supply rubber gloves for the use in medical examination and procedures and industrial practices in manufacturing, engineering, oil and gas, food handling, pharmaceutical and cleanroom environment. Our factory is located in Klang, which is only 20 minutes away from the Port Klang. Currently, we have 3 double former gloves dipping line that are up and running with capacity of 16,000 - 40,000 pcs per hour per line. We believe that good manufacturing machineries are important and essential in order to keep our cost effective and be able to compete in the market. As such, we have invested substantially in the machineries that are needed and adopted the latest manufacturing techniques for our production lines.
Our gloves conform to international quality standards, such as ASTM, EN455 standard and are manufactured under ISO 13485:2016 Quality Management System. We have been making continuous efforts to fulfill our customers’ unique requirements, provide innovation solutions and thus, facilitate a win-win situation to all parties. To minimize the defects of our products, we perform the online quality inspection during production. AQL (Acceptable Quality Limits) is the method used in our inspection. For medical gloves, AQL of 1.5 or lower is uses. For the batch of the gloves that meet AQL 1.5, they will be sent for packing. If the gloves are above AQL 1.5, rework will be done until it achieves the required quality standard. Before packing, our workers will screen the gloves again to make sure the gloves have no problem.
