Every single procedure of the manufacture, from the automatic welding department of the torch body, to the department of multi mandrills manufacturing copper and brass workpieces, and finally to the torch assembly line, has been radically changed and today every step is definitely placed in a companys layout which optimize costs, while reducing to minimum down-time. Trafimet takes care of the environmental issues as well, and for this reason the workpiece washing unit and the salvaging systems of working oils have a closed circuit recovery process which reduces to the minimum impact on the environment. The activities carried out in these laboratories can be divided into three categories: test, research and analysis of competitors. Trafimet guarantees the quality of all the production cycles according to the ISO9001 certificate gained in 2000. The main activities of the laboratory are carried out using the most updated instruments available on the market and are developed as follows: Control of internal manufacture material and external supply material, constant monitoring of the material from external suppliers, statistical management of rejection and process controls.
