The company was founded in December 2000, its business purpose is "first-class products, first-class technology, first-class management and first-class service", its main business direction is the development of biological engineering technology and the production and sales of new special medicine and health food raw materials.

It is located in the high-tech industrial park of Yingtan City. It covers an area of 80,238 square meters, including 60,828 square meters of floor space, 15,980 square meters of green space, 7799 square meters of general production area, 1468 square meters of clean area, 656.6 square meters of laboratory area and 1735.2 square meters of warehouse area.

There are eleven departments including manufacturing, Quality, Technology Development, Purchasing, Warehousing, Marketing, Equipment, EHS, Finance, HR, and Administrative Office.
