Jiangsu Letall international resource Co., Ltd. was founded in 1999, located in Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province. The company entered the energy trade market in 2003, mainly in the domestic trade of thermal coal and scrap steel in Xuzhou area, which laid a solid foundation for the future coal trade. With the expansion of the domestic coal market and the accumulation of funds and experience, the company began to expand the non-ferrous metal mineral trade in 2004, and tried to import small batches of containers from abroad for domestic sales. With the accumulation of experience, it has gradually developed from containers to regular batch imports of 2,000 to 3,000 tons. And, from the previous single product iron ore expanded to chromium ore and manganese ore. In 2005, in order to expand operations, the company changed from private ownership to private shareholding, with a capital of 10 million yuan, and made full preparations for mass procurement and sales in the future. In the same year, the company's coal purchases were extended into Indonesia and its iron ore mines were expanded into Malaysia. In the following three years of development, the company's coal import channels have been expanded to Russia, Vietnam, North Korea and other ***; Non-ferrous metal minerals have expanded to Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand, Mexico, Brazil, South Africa and other regions, and is now developing the Middle East and the United States market. The new trade products of Lotte Mineral management include nickel ore, steel, equipment, etc., and the goods flow mainly to Guangdong, Guangxi, Jiangsu, Shandong and other provinces. By 2018, our annual trade volume will reach 250 million. In 2019, the company re-organized 5 departments, including the Trade Department, the Mining Department, the Charter Department, the Administration Department and the Finance Department, with 35 employees, and developed the first trade of iron ore, hot pressed iron and pellets. In order to cover a wider market and provide customers with more convenient services, the company has set up branches in Lianyungang, Rizhao, Fangcheng and Shijiazhuang. In addition, overseas offices were set up in Vietnam and Venezuela to complete the research and development of the product market.
