Jiangsu Huayue Pharmaceutical Glass Co., Ltd. is manufacturing and providing special glass vials for pharmaceutical, biotechnology and scientific research industries.We mainly produce injection vials, siliconized vials, ampoules and cartridges with ideal hydrolytic resistance and resistance to thermal, shock, freeze, acid and alkali and outstanding tolerance. Huayue is using the latest vial-forming machines in China and other advanced and well managed facilities. Besides the visible hardware, 80% of the production and technical staff members are skilled with professional experience of at least 8 years. We have established a smooth quality assurance system by SOPs in each process of the whole line. We have got ISO9001 certificate and have kept continuous improvement since then. All these infrastructures provide reliable guarantee for quality consistency and problem tracing.With the advantages, we are stably supplying products to most Chinese giant pharmacy companies. Meanwhile, we are trying to exploring overseas markets, especially Southeast Asia, India, Pakistan and the Middle East. By rapidly expanding market share in these regions, we have a more aggressive plan to get into more strictly regulated markets, such as the USA and the EU, which are more demanding for the quality control capability.Now, we have a production capacity of 0.5 billion vials per year with a strong R&D capability. We also can customize vials on demand while making vials according to ISO8362-1 and Chinese standards. We also refer to USP and EP for the vial quality.
