Our Quality Control Process
1?Purchase raw materials and return them to the factory for laboratory testing. Check whether the raw materials are qualified. 2?Check again whether the product we need to produce is consistent with the sample that has been determined by the customer. Then proceed to production. 3?During the production process, 50% of the total production value will be randomly selected to check if there is any abnormality. 4?If there are bad products, immediately scrap, qualified products for encapsulation, before encapsulation, again check the appearance of the product, whether there are abnormalities, safe delivery to customers.
