Huynh Gia Fashion co., ltd was established in 2006 as a small factory for domestic market, at that time we work with small quantity of garment products, in 2011 we have registered to establish a company. In 2014 we become a a subsidiary of Nha Be Garment Corporation (NBC). OUR PRODUCTION PROCESSFABRIC WAREHOUSEEach lot of fabric we imported from fabric factory, we will test 10%.For shrinkage fabric, we use a steamer to steam the fabric before it is put into the sewing line.CUTTINGWe use manual cutting with 3 steps:Cut breaking: use the desk to multiple small detailsCut raw: use the machine, cut large detailsCut details: use the trim ring or machine. They all have to go through the cutting, ironing and packing stages.In order to have beautiful, impressive and eye-catching products, designers and manufacturers must be skillful and meticulous in every detail of the products.QC- QUALITY CONTROLThe mass production of garments for domestic and export products always require meticulous, sophisticated and care for each needle, thread, and must be closely monitored. Strictly under the control of the controller during the production process.Our QC staff always meet the following criteria:- Manage production line tracking, processing at the factory.- Capture the production process of the product characteristics.- Quality control at each stage during the work of the staff.- Responsible for quantity and quality of products.- Checking and correcting errors in the production process, investigating the causes of errors, improving methods to avoid errors and correct errors when customers request.- Have a high sense of responsibility in the work and ensure the strict control at the stage.- Improve production techniques.- GMP inspection, safety on the production line, maintaining the quality system of products before delivery to customers.IRONING, FOLDING AND PACKINGAfter going through the stages we have to ensure the product is clean, beautiful under the skillful, meticulous, carefully scouring each product of the finished products.Check the entire outline, then clothing will be delivered to the ironing line to complete the product and be packaged.
