1. Pre-sales service:

2. After-sales service:
2.1 The Supplier shall train several operation and maintenance personnel, equipment technicians and technologists for free for the demander.The content includes equipment operation, maintenance, automation control, process formula adjustment, emergency plan Exercises, etc.

2.7 The mobile phone of the after-sales service personnel will be turned on 24 hours a day. After receiving the notification of equipment failure from the demander, the phone will be turned on at 10 minutes.
