The branch company Hunan Jierong Investment Management Co., Ltd. provided sufficient financial support for Jetvision . Branch Changsha Jetsun Trade Development Co., Ltd was established in 2002. It is mainly engaged in the sales of mechanical equipment, hardware, electrical equipment, metal materials and other products.

Quality Control

We pay attention to every step of manufacturing, and carefully control evry details from process ,design ,manufacture and test , in order to guarantee superexcellent product .

a. Raw material inspection :

Dimension and tolerance check, appearance quality check, mechanical properties testing, weight check and raw material's quality assurance certificate check

b. Semi-finished goods inspection :

Dimension and tolerance check, physical and chemical inspection, leakage magnetism and ultrasonic inspection

c. Finished goods inspection :

Dimension and tolerance, appperance quality check and mechanical properties testing

d. Inspection before ex-factory:

We arrange our QC staff to manufacture’s plant for final quality and packing inspection each time before we deliver goods to port for shipping, and the connected sales staff will be with QC staff to make sure we did everything fully and strictly meet our customers’ requirements.

According to raw material properties, different material products will have different maunufacture process. To control and guarantee products quality. We will test products in each process of manufactuing .

What about your payment term?

We usually use T/T or L/C, 30% deposit and 70% before delivery.

For steel pipes, 50,000 tons per month, 600,000 tons per year. For pipe fittings, 30,000 tons per year.

What about your package?

Usually as per customer's requests. Common packing information: Small size in bundles, big size in bulk, some sizes with plastic cap to protect both ends, seaworthy packaging.

What is your main market &main customers?

We have 12 years experience on steel pipes & pipe fittings. We sell steel pipes to all the world , Our main market includes China, Singapore etc. Main Customers including HYST, Keppel group etc.
