Hubei Red-Sun New Material Co.,Ltd, it is a professional manufacturer of special steel which gathers research and development of special steel, melting, forging, heat treatment, finishing treatment and detection of special steel in integral whole. It mainly deals with producing, processing, and marketing of mould steel and special steel. The office owns graceful working environment and whole set of automatic office equipment. Equipment:Melting machines: MF furnaces, refining furnaces, vacuum degassing furnaces and electro slag furnaces. Steel processing devices: hydraulic forging hammers and hydraulic forging machines. Complementary production machines: continuous heating furnaces, bottom heating furnaces, chamber furnaces, annealing furnaces and finishing facilities. Mechanical Processing machines: electric grinding wheel peeling machines, electric band saws, milling machines and lathes. We also have some other detecting machines for advanced chemical analysis and physical property analysis.  Our total assets are more than 120 million Yuan annually. Our company can produce hundreds of kinds of products, including cold work die steel, hot work die steel, plastic mould steel and alloy steel. Their majors are melting, rolling processing, metallurgical analysis, heat treatment, mechanical appliances, finance and business management. About 20% of them are senior engineers. The recruited staff members are from Daye Special Steel Co., Ltd. which is Chinese Special Steel base. They work as leaders, operators and inspectors in different positions, including the field of special steel melting, forging, heat treatment and finishing.
