Hebei Jinhoudun Plastic and Rubber Co., Ltd is a professional military use rotational molding cases manufacturer which has been designated by the General Logistics Department and the General Armament Department to produce their logistical equipment and supportive equipment. With 20 years experience of military production, our company has been qualified to be a confidential company and has been authorized to research and manufacture weapon equipment. It is also the first company to research and develop military equipment as rotational molding cases for Chinese troops. In 2000 its 4X rotational molding cases for field battle medical uses was finalized and fitted out in all the Chinese troops, which filled the gap of this area. It is also the first company qualified by the Technology Equipment Bureau of the General Logistics Department to carry out their research plan with the financial support from research fund to start cooperation with Academy of Military Science. After three years of research, audit by experts, experiments, trail, extended test, finalization and fitting out, the company had completed the whole process of research and development. New product had past both laboratory test and practical test under many types of environment including high and low temperature test, salt spray test, air drop test, floating test, bump test, tension test, and anti-shock test. The company also had collected a complete set of reasonable data to ensure its production standard can meet all the military requirements and to qualify to undertake military projects. Currently with a registered fund of 60 million RMB and total asset of 600 million RMB, Hebei Jinhoudun Plastic and Rubber Company Limited has 480 employees and owns 108 acres land occupation and 38000 square meters of work-shop. The company has past ISO9001:2008(GB/T19001-2008)quality management system qualification and GJB9001B-2009 weapon equipment quality system qualification. So far the company has applied to hold 39 product patents and has won a series of tiles as Important High Technology Firm in National Spark Program, High Technology Firm in Hebei province, Provincial Intellectual Property Advantage Cultivate Unit in province, Intellectual Property Testing Unit, Provincial Famous Brand Product and Provincial Famous Trademark Product of Hebei province. Companys imported US made CNC machines production line and capable workers allow our products to be very competitive even to US made products. The company has set up model, hardware parts and laboratory subsidiaries to achieve a complete quality and time control from research and development to trial and production. Every new coming product is required to be sent to national quality test department for a comprehensive test and its quality has been proved to meet or surpass international standard and military requirement. By now 185 kinds of products have been research and developed, and 88 of them have been qualified to be used in Chinas troops.
