Hangzhou Tino Art-Textile has been engaged in the design, production and sales of home textile products for over ten years, and its factory covers an area of 4,500 square meters and has more than 200 workers, 50 of whom has ten years professional experience in the textile industry. Besides, the factory boasts four production lines of quilting, including ten quilting machines, two multi-needle quilting machine, one carding machine, 130 sewing machines, two needle detector machines, one vacuum machine and one sweeping machine, with the daily output reaching 2,000 pieces of quilts and 500 bed sets. Our company mainly supplies bedding fabrics, four-/multi-piece bed sets (including pillowcases, quilt covers, bed sheets, etc.),down quilts/pillows, microfiber quilts/pillows/cushions, quilted comforters, blankets, mattresses, cushions, fitted sheets, etc. In particular, we are good at various bedding production processes such as quilting, vertical lining, cutting, embroidery, trimming, lace inlaying and spinning. In order to keep in line with the international consumption ideas of emphasizing original ecology and nature, we use environmentally friendly raw materials such as 100% cotton, tencel, flax and microfiber, and process the fabrics with traditional printing, digital printing, reactive printing and dyeing, bleaching and so forth. All our items are produced strictly according to the international quality standards and the dyes, auxiliaries and raw filling materials are in line with the environmental protection standards of the U.S. and European countries.
