In 1097, our ancestors Huang Yi Fu discovered Japanese cedar tree. It grows 800 meters above sea level with the properties that soft, malleable, and clear wood grain. Rely on his dexterous craft and the properties of cedar tree, the first wooden steamer was created. Until the reign of emperor Qianlong, Bamboo and wooden steamer became imperial tribute. It was said that emperor qianlong had called it "the best steamer of the world".In 1990, the 29th generations of intangible cultural heritage inheritors, is Huang Bei Guan. He through local government contacted the Japanese businessmen who was so impressed by exquisite crafts and the culture which have been inherited for nearly a thousand years. He got an order which is fulfilled by whole village for one year and set up the first steamer factory. In 2009, Huang Yi Fus steamer handicraft be honored with Intangible cultural heritage of Fujian province. Year 2011, Huang Xiao Jian, the 30th generations of intangible cultural heritage inheritors, formed E-commercial department for the retail market and create own brand "HUANG YI FU". With 3 years developments, "HUANG YI FU" became the best-selling brand in the same industry on the e-commerce platform for three consecutive years. The portion of upscale market in China is 30%, "HUANG YI FU" occupied about 20%.
