DAYOU has the motor industry's complete internal supply chain,from R&D,casting,metal processing,punching,winding,dip coating,painting and assembly to the test,all the procedures are completed in the internal procedure.we control every aspect of the production cycle,from the smallest unit tot he final product,which helps us to meet the requiremetns of a specific market for quality stable product and fast delivery.

we introduce the advanced production equipment such as type test station,automatic winding equipment,bearing pressing equipment,manipulator,VPI dipping equipment,automatic painting line and powder coating line,as well as special process capabilities,such as special shaft processing,C3 thickness painting,special end shield and housing,H class insulation.In addition,in the production of brake motors,hydraulic systems,pumps,fans,gear boxes industry has accumulated a lot of industry supporing experience.

In the motor industry,we has been deeply studying different industry standards towards different markets,constantly improving and breaking through its own technology and manufacturing capacity,to ensure the quality of Dayou motor and good reputation in the industry.

In order to ensure the satability of motor quality,DAYOU had formulated a higher factory standard,adopted advanced technology and manufacturing technology,and carried out rigorous testing according to IEC/GOST/GB standard efficiency level.Through the cooperation with Shanghai Institute of Electrical Appliance Science and Heifei University of Technololy,as well as the provincal motor technology research and development center jointly established with Fujian key Laboratory of Automobile and Electric Drive,R&D talents in the industry will be recruited.The company's annual input has exceeded 3% of annual sales to support R&D and ensure the smooth progress of R&D plans.At present,there are more than 20 patents in motor design.

All motor stators in DAYOU are printed with tracable code at the surface of stator with laser-,so if the defected motors are spotted in the final client's hand,we can trace the source.All stators and rotors are 100% inspected and tested before assembling,we inspecting each stator with testing machine after winding and varnishing,at the same time we do dynamic balance test for each rotor.We control each procedure then do the assembly,and do the test before delivey to ensure there's no defected motor flow to costomers' hands.
