Quality Control

The designated personnel for reviewing and approving of documents prior to issue are

indicated with the document ID which mention the registered date and revision on the top

right corner of each page of all controlled documents.

All the first approved document which attached to the “Document change and Issue

Request” form which is signed by the Director or Chairman of the company will be placed

in a file in Quality department.

All controlled documents, other than the original documents shall be placed with the

“CONTROLLED COPY” seal on the page with signature of the document controller. If

any document is approved to issue to an external party, such documents are not controlled

and will be placed with the “UNCONTROLLED COPY” seal on each page where

necessary.

The “Document List-Internal” shall list all controlled documents along with the revision

status. It shall also denote the latest revision number.

Any amendments shall be recorded in the “Amendment record sheet”. The Document ListInternal is reviewed and updated within every 5year period or when necessary.

All QMS related documents of external origin are listed in the “Document List-External”
