1. Raw Material Inspection
Inspect the material, appearance, and performance of raw materials such as leather, nylon, silicone, and stainless steel to ensure they meet production standards.
2. In-Process Inspection
Quality inspectors conduct regular inspections during each production process of strap cutting, sewing, and assembly to check the implementation of processes, product appearance, and dimensional accuracy.
3. Final Product Full Inspection
Each finished strap undergoes inspections for appearance, durability (e.g., wear resistance test for leather straps, water resistance test for silicone straps), and functional adaptability. Only after passing the inspection can the straps be stored in the warehouse.
4. After-Sales Quality Tracking
Collect customer feedback, analyze and improve quality issues encountered after sales, and continuously optimize the quality control system.
