Since 1993, Group of companies FACTORIA has been engaged in oilseed and grain processing and has been specializing in the production of mustard powder, mustard and linseed oils, mustard and linseed oil cakes, and rye flour. For more than 25 years already we have been working for you. During this period we have created a modern production system, developed the cultivation of mustard in Ukraine and been directly involved in the selection of several mustard varieties; due to long-time research we have offered the products of the highest quality and have been able to become a leader in our industry not only domestically, but also abroad. Currently we have been supplying our products to more than 20 countries around the world, and we continue to expand our horizons. OUR SILO COMPLEX HAS:- Strict control of incoming raw materials entering the production; - Warehouses of silo and flat grain storage with the total capacity of over 40000 tons; - A capacity of seed receiving and cleaning of up to 2000 tons per day; - A system of temperature monitoring during storage; - An automatic supply of raw materials into production. OUR PRODUCTION FACILITIES:- Oilseed cleaning line with the capacity of up to 90 tons per day; - Oilseed processing line to produce oil and oil cake with the capacity of up to 80 tons of raw materials per day; - Rye grain processing line to produce flour with the capacity of up to 80 tons per day; - Innovative equipment, supplied by well-known German manufacturers BUHLER, PETKUS, CPM SKET;- Stringent control at all stages of production; - The quality of our products is confirmed with the expert reports of leading accredited laboratories.OUR PARK OF PLANT OIL TANK STORAGE: - Complex of tanks for storage of plant oils with a volume of 4000 tons; - System of automatic oil filling into intermediate bulk containers, tank-trucks and flexitanks. OUR WAREHOUSE OF FINISHED PRODUCTS: - Modern logistics center with a storage capacity of over 2000 pallet positions or 1600 tons of finished products; - Complex equipped with the warehouse management system of commodity flows; - Advanced system of prompt deliveries of finished products to our customers; - Ecologically safe equipment for maintenance of the warehouse, which does not pollute the environment and the stored products; - Convenient location in the suburb of Kyiv allows to deliver the products to our customers in a timely manner. OUR VEHICLE FLEET:- Over 100 vehicles with the carrying capacity of up to 22 tons: trucks DAF/MAN/MAZ, semi-trailers, grain trucks and tank-trucks;- Own logistics and dispatching department.Our company success is based upon a high level of production organization, the core of which is clear understanding and implementing of responsibilities by each employee in the overall chain of value, leading the creation of a high-quality finished product in accordance with the requirements of all concerned parties.
