Company Overview

Odi here, I am an owner of a 30 tph chrome tailings processing plant in the mooinooi area, which may be of interest to you from an exclusive concentrate supply/processing basis. 

The plant has a design capacity to treat 10 000 tons of feed per month and a production capacity of 1000-1200 tons of 40/42% concentrate per month.

My plant is currently standing due to a shortage of funds for start-up (Opex, feedstock, small plant repairs, and a front-end loader/TLB to feed the plant). 

I had rented out the plant to a company called BWS Processing for 4x months. I never received a single cent from them, and they destroyed my plant. They never did any plant and infrastructure maintenance as we had agreed. They didn't pay employees, eskom, and other critical service providers. 

It was also a hassle to trace and get the plant back from them, as I had to incur legal costs. They went as far as doctoring the agreement I had with them and fraudulently used it to get monies paid upfront to themselves. Upon receipt of the funds, they fled the country, and I was left with a very big mess to sort out. 

I have since stopped operations and am currently looking for a suitable client to come to the party with the required start-up funds (R800k) and their own feedstock supply. 

Depending on what we agree upon, I will process for the client at a discounted processing rate on an exclusive basis for a reasonable time period. 

Furthermore, I have got 3x trucks standing without trailers that can be used for inbound and outbound feedstock and concentrate, respectively.
