Company Overview

Eds IMEX LLC is a Florida corporation. R.E. (ED) Hampton retired after many years of successful business enterprises.

In retirement came boredom. Being bored I began looking at new markets that are enhanced by my past.

I have always worked for myself in and around the wholesale industry. 

In 2019 I began looking at things to do based from past knowledge.

This took me into the electronics scrap business and recycling eWaste, then to opening a business in Cameroon with open an eWaste processing facility.

In this new enterprise I have acquainted myself with gold miners then diamond brokers. All are in Africa all are trusted. 

In particular I have begun a business relationship with one trusted broker for diamonds. He sources diamonds and allows me the opportunity to sell these diamonds.

I am new to the diamond industry but not new to honesty and trust. My life has been and will be built on trust. The diamonds I sell to my customers are represented as best as possible by the miner. I in turn sell diamonds based from these manifest.

The trust is that I will not force you to sign any agreements for commissions. I will accept the fact that we as buyer and broker have a mutual trust. The trust being that agreement to purchase are honestly represented and that any commission, if any, due are paid.

All agreements will be done a professional basis without circumvention and contracts.
