1. The Quality Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining an effective Quality Management System to ensure the quality of our products.

2. It is his/her duty to ensure that the QMS is implemented and functioning as planned.

3. He/she will also ensure that the current QMS meets the requirements and expectations of our buyers.

4. The Quality Manager will actively seek opportunities to improve the existing QMS, aiming to exceed customer expectations.

6. In cases of ambiguity or confusion, the Quality Manager will seek clarification and confirmation of the buyer's actual specifications.

8. Proper inspection and documentation of all incoming, in-process, and final goods will be ensured by the Quality Manager.

9. The rigorous inspection of quality and quantity for all goods entering the store will be a focus area.

10. Implementing and ensuring the functionality of the Traffic Light Chart system for in-line inspection will be the Quality Manager's responsibility.

11. Implementing both preventive and remedial measures to prevent defects will be a priority.

12. The Quality Manager will be held accountable for any quality-related issues with approved garments.

13. It is crucial that the Quality Manager ensures that all personnel are trained properly in their respective areas of expertise.
