It is a small but energetic factory specialized in manufacturing screws and components for industrial or product usage. Our production team-mates are professional and well-trained with over 10 years experience in the industry. We are strong in handle OEM project, tailor-made metal components (screws, bolts, nuts) based on customers requirement. With solid technical background, we are capable of making extra long bolt (length 380mm, max. dia. 20mm) which enlarge our customer base. Our screws and components are widely apply on many products or industry, including but not limit to vehicle use, for home appliance, for baby door gate, for baby car seat, for baby trolley, for sport instrument, use on furniture, use on window, for bicycle, use on sanitaryware. 2. Raw Material : Iron, Copper, Aluminum and Stainless Steel are the main materials that our customers normally choose. We also have other materials such as Carbon Steel, Zinc Alloy , Alloy Steel, environmental materials for your selection. 3. Technical Support : We have about 10 engineering technicians with rich factory background, able to apply various software such as AutoCAD, Pro E, Master CAM, to study the drawing and make necessary adjustment for minimize potential problem on next practical stage, shorten the development time and more efficiency. 4. Advance Facilities: Our factory areas in 2000 sq. meter and planning to expand in coming year to fulfill customer needs. We have around 50 machines for: Metal punching and forming Screws bolt foaming Component conjunction Threaded-size making 5. Quality Standard: Our screws and components provided to product manufacturers for international brands, therefore our products are comply with various quality standards, such as GB (China), DIN (Germany), BS (United Kingdom), ANSI (USA), JIS (Japan). We provide samples for customer to arrange testing at their own cost.6. Salt Spray Test :It is a necessary to know the requirement of salt spray test on development stage, due to different materials, coating or technical process been involved. Our screws and components able to fulfill different hours of salt spray test, maximum up to 500 hours. Salt spray test for 24-96 hours are the most common range our customers request. Test is conducted by international third party label such as ITS, SGS or BV. Our business partners mainly are manufacturers for finished-products or trading companies.
