Sibai Precision Works Ltd., established in 2006, is located in Dongguan, China, which specializes in precision metal processings from CNC machining, CNC Lathing. And in order to make more possibilities according to the customers demands, we can also offer stamping, die castings, lost wax castings, lasercutting etc.Currently our factory occupies the working place area over 3,000 m2. We have about 60 machines, and 80 people.Our customers are mainly from the industries like Laser, Sensor, Medical Devices, machinery, Locking system, lighting, high-pressure hydraulic, precision measurements etc..To serve and support our customer with strict qualified and stable parts is our pursue. The enthusiasm on technique, the goal on perfect and refinements on our parts, as well as the spirit of research are always the keys we keep. Moreover, the good delivery time is always important for us and ensures the customers benefit. Our factory has passed ISO 9001: 2015 quality system authentication.The material we can machine are mainly Aluminium, stainless steel, steel and brass and copper, and some plastic. We pay very high attention to not only precision but also the surface quality. The daily routine inspection records and the final inspection reports are carried out in every part in every order, which ensure the quality, and become a part of management.Actually the details of all the work steps we put careful attention, from material purchasing, machining, cleaning to packaging and delivery of air or ocean-shipment. And the value-added services, such as helping customer to redesign the drawings, assembly, and sampling, etc, are always what we like to do.
