We established the factory in 2008 aiming to supply the domestic market, now in 2018 we set up Dongguan Swift Non-woven Product Co., Ltd mainly to service customers from worldwide.Swift Non-woven has the ability to manufacture and supply nonwovens for customers for all over the world for many different applications.BUSINESS RANGE:1.Non woven needle punch felt,2.PET/PP Geo textile,3.Non woven needle punch felt for filter and filter bag,4.Non woven fabric for leather bag and shoe interlining fabric,5.Non woven interlining for bed and furniture industry,6.Non woven interlining for garments and embroidery industry,7.Non woven fabric for medical,8.Non woven for napkin and wiping industry,Our main products are pre filter media, Medium efficiency filter media, activated carbon filter, top filter cotton for painting room, floor filter for paint resistance, fire retardant cotton, soft cotton, solid-quality cotton, mace cotton, acupuncture cotton, spray-bonded non-woven, needle punch non-woven, press polished non-woven, etc. Our factory covers an area of about 1.5 hectares and plant area is over 15000 square meters. There is 10 main production lines:1.Needle punch non woven production line,2.Hot air cotton production line,3.Thermal bond needle punch production line, 4.Spray-bond needle punch production line,5.Solid-quality non woven production line,Annual production capacity of our factory approximately can reach 5000 to 8000 tons.In the coming future, supporting facilities will be improved, including, laminating manufacturing workshop, mace cotton manufacturing workshop, and cutting workshop.
