Every big bag is designed according to customer's order to meet the individual requirements of handling, size, weight, filling and emptying process, product safety, handling safety and esthetics. Our sales and production teams has a lot of experience and is happy to develope the best solution for your products.

The heart of our company is our sewing plant where big bags are made from fabric, loops, sewing thread and other technical textiles. In this division, we employ over 150 people. The second part of Deniz Packing consists of a state-of-the-art fabric production plant with 50 employees. We produce most of the technical textiles that are needed for big bags inhouse.

Deniz Packing consequently invested in new machines and technology to become a fully vertically integrated fibc manufacturer producing its own fabric, loops, and other technical textiles. Additionally, the scope of products and the complexity of the bulk bags has increased.

The manufactured big bags were often simple standard big bags in the first days, whereas today we mainly produce very difficult and special big bags like formstable or conductive ones.

Today we employ about 200 people and produces 1 million Big Bags per year.

Our quality policy puts the product quality and the customer satisfaction first. This includes not only high quality, but also in time delivery and consultancy service.

Quality in big bags begins with the inhouse fabric production.

We use only virgin raw materials.(e.g.PP,PE,UV,CaCo3,Masterbatch)

We make fabric on state of the art machines which will guarantee a constant and perfect fabric quality.

We use ultrasonic and hot cutting and use various test equipment in our in-house laboratory to ensure yarn and fabric quality. This includes testing for weight and dimensions of yarns and of fabrics,tensile strength of yarns and fabrics,UV and weather resistance of fabrics and electrostatic breakthrough voltage of fabrics.

Quality in big bag manufacturing means that the agreed technical specification is repeated several thousand times which is challenging for textiles but achievable. Countless measures have been undertaken which add to the quality (e.g. product traceability, hair bonnet, iron fence on ground so FIBC do not touch ground, hot cutting, training for employees).

To insure constant quality, Deniz Packing has a strict visual quality control of every single product. The quality control ensures that each product has all features and the correct dimensions. Furthermore, the quality control checks for visible damages or any other irregularity. Additionally, big bags are tested on testing rigs on a regular basis. External test houses certify the big bags for food safety and SWL. (e.g.Labordata Germany)

Our integrated quality management system is certified by CERTOP CO d.o.o. Kanjiža and consists of: • ISO 9001:2015 - Quality Management System • ISO 22000:2018 - Environmental Management System • BRC (UNDER DOCUMENTATION STAGE) Usually we can supply a full truck of individual big bags within 1 to 2 weeks anywhere in Europe. This is possible due to a large stock of unfinished products and flexible production planning in the sewing department. Specially the travel distance from our factory to most of our customers is not far. Whenever you want we can visit you. • If you do not have experience with big bags we will advise you about the type, design as well as features. Our goal is to make the perfect bag for you and your company. • If you already use big bags we will be happy to rethink the design with you to improve operational value for you. In any case our sales team will be happy to discuss all questions about big bags with you. We will provide you with samples and evaluate the results of testing these in your production. We produce or suplly various other technical materials that are used in the big bag industry like tapes, ties and various types of dustproof tapes. Finished products are marked and labelled with control lists containing product details,order numbers, quantity in pallet and weight before and after palleting. Pallets are packed in stretch foil and additionally in a bag of light fabric. The goal is to protect the pallet efficiently against damages or contamination during transportation and storage.
