We provide processing services for many brands, including Levis, Dockers, London Fog, Liz Claiborne, Esprit, Nautica, Perry Ellis, La Martina, etc. Our annual total export quantity of outerwear is approximately 1 million pieces, with 60% being ladies & 40% being mens. It takes 1 hours drive to Dalian City. Dalian Huayu covers 6,000 square meters building area, with 5 sewing lines, 200 sets of sewing machines and special processing equipment, 300 experienced workers and quality control staff members. The annual production capacity is up to 1/3 million pieces. Our factory has been audited and approved by Sears, Costco, Levis, JC-Penny, Hudson Bay, and other major buyers and Wal-Mart audit will be done in 2012. Zhangwu Huayu Garments Co., Ltd., our new factory established in 2012, is located in Fuxin City, Liaoning Province. It takes 1 hours drive to our provincial capital city - Shenyang. Our factory covers a building area of 10,000sqm, with 12 sewing lines, 600 sets of sewing machines and special processing equipment, over 600 experienced workers and quality control staff members. The estimated annual production capacity is 2/3 million pieces. Dalian Experts Garments Co., Ltd., our sample making base, is located in Jinzhou District, with 1/2 hour driving time to Dalian City. Dalian Experts Garments Co., Ltd. is our technical service center with a perfect CAD operating system, doing great work with quick sample making and pattern grading for each client, with 20 sewing workers and 10 pattern makers. We have over 10 sub-contractors. This provided us with large production capacity and guarantees on-time delivery for different levels of quality merchandise at competitive prices.
