A1: If there was any quality issue, please contact us (within 14 days after item received) with the pictures to identify the issue. And we will come back to you with solutions.

Q2: Do you support mix and match for the products in your store? And if there are some products NOT in your store, can you help me to source them?

A2: Yes, we support mix and match, and you can pick up any products in our store. Please send the details to us and we will send TA Order to you with all the products you required. And we can also provide One Stop Shopping Solution for you. Please send your detailed requirement to us.

Q3: Do you offer customization service such as having my logo on the product?

A3: Yes, we offer customization service suah as logo, color, design, package, carton mark. And there will be MOQ for different customization service. Please provide more detailed requirements to us and we will back to you with detailed solutions.

Q4: Can I get a discount?

A4: Yes, for part of our products, we will offer a discount, for old customer, we have more discount, in a word, to be our customer, we will give you the best price.
