COMTEMP is a vinegar producer in Portugal where we is market leader with our brand Cristal
We sell vinegar to all five continents, even in bulk or in bottles.
Apple cider vinegar, rice vinegar and white wine vinegar (both organic and conventional) are our main products despite we produce a lot more.
We also produce a lot of other sauces even our own or tailor-made recipes so we are able to introduce other components on our base product as garlic for instances.
We have all the main certifications even religious ones, Kosher and Halal.
We are fully compromised with sustainability, so we produce our own energy which is a major part of the one we consume making our products. The other part we don’t produce, we have a contract with the supplier company and all the energy we buy is from renewable sources. So, we can say we are a 100% green company.

Scope of application: Production (alcoholic and acetic fermentation, filtration) and bottling of vinegar, vinegar condiments in plastic and glass bottles and bulk. Blending, cooking and bottling of sauces (spicy sauces, soy based sauces, basamic cream, lemon juice seasonings, and mustard sauces) in plastic and glass bottles and bulk. Final fermentation, filtration and bottling of sparkling wine in glass bottles.
