HEBEI ANJI HONGYE MACHINERY CO., LTD is located in Botou City of Hebei Province which is a “township of the casting”. Botou Hongchang Machinery Co., Ltd. is its subsidiary corporation. The company is a large scaled casting & machining professional production base, which is dominated by mechanical manufacturing, and integrated with R&D, casting, machining, assembly, inspection, trading and service. It is awarded “1st national foundry industry pacesetter enterprise” and “2nd national foundry industry pacesetter enterprise” by China foundry association.

Floor space: 300,000m2.. Number of employees: 300 people. Among which the engineering and technical personnel is more than 40 people.

Company has passed ISO9001:2008 quality system certification, Det Norske Veritas CE certification, TS16949 quality system certification and PED certification.

Fully equipped production & testing means

Company has advanced silica sol precision casting production line, sand casting production line (resin sand and regular sand),as well as the advanced on the spot spectrum analyzer and mechanical performance testing equipment, NDT testing equipment, CMM machine etc, which can guarantee the product quality stable and reliable.

Production according to various international standards

Besides production based on national standard, it can also according to ASTM/AISI, JIS, BS, DIN etc.; and it can provide surveying and mapping business based on customer’s samples and drawings.

Foreign advanced simulation software assisted

Through introducing and optimizing by foreign advanced simulation software, it can provide top casting solutions for domestic and foreign customers.

Sales service network covering the world

Company’s casting product types covering pumps, valves and fittings, hardware and other mechanical parts, meanwhile designing and producing various valve products. More than 80% of the above mentioned products are exported to the United States, Japan, Europe and other countries.
