Huizhou HongYu High-Tech Electronics Co., Ltd. is located in Shiwan town, near the first famous mountain - luofu Mountainin, with beautiful environment and convenient transportation. We developed a technical team of more than 50 engineers and 200 staffs ,also introduced advanced product testing instruments from Germany and Japan, including 16 sets of fully automatic assembly equipment, 20 sets of semi-automatic assembly equipment, and 8 high- efficient assembly lines. Equipped with advanced instrumentation and functional testing facility, we strictly conform in accordance with the ISO9001 of quality standard to provide customers with the most powerful quality assurance.
HongYu has passed SGS ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, VDE, UL, REACH, POPS, 3C etc. certifications. Adhering to the quality policy of "customer orientation, excellence, full participation, perfection", We have established a quality management system to meet customer needs, improve service quality, and provide customers with better products and services.
With 50 technical specialists, more than 200 workshop professional team, we own world the best advanced on-line testing and functional checking facility. Each production line is equipped with 4-5 QC specialist, every time QC result will be filed, and any question happen will discuss with our engineers in the meeting.
HongYu quality control is operated strictly in accordance with ISO 9001:2005 and ISO 14001:2015, we have introduced 5 advanced full-automatic production equipment from Germany and Japan. Import the material PA66UL94-V0 from Japan, with good water-absorbing, anti-flaming and whether ability.
