We are group of companies GOLD BUKLET, GOLD MEDICAL and BEDESTAN TEXTILE in Istanbul. Gold Buklet is in Bayrampasa/Istanbul, Gold Medical is in İkitelli / Istanbul and Bedestan Textile is in Hadimkoy in Istanbul. We have been  dealing with textile and disposable goods production related with medical and hotel needs, in Istanbul, including nonwoven tissue, filtering tissue, Spund Bond PP, Thermo Bonded Fabric  PP (BFE 94.1%) ,  Melt Blown PP, MELT BOND  PP+PE (It is a new product and BFE is 99.1%) PP coated galvanised and aluminium nose wire, elastic ear loop for medical masks, SMS tissue for GOWN, PE coated SMS tissue for overall medical suits. We have been also producing 3 layers medical mask. We have all licenses to export.

To sum up this, we have been importing, exporting and producing 3 layers full ultrasonic medical mask machines, stick sugar filling lines, packing lines and so on.

On the other hand, we have been producing and supplying disposable hotel supplies such as disposable slippers, table linen and textiles, bed sheets, towels, 30ml-50ml  shampoo bottles, and pleated soaps,

We have been selling our goods  government institutions, municipalities, group companies, 4-5 stars hotels, and so on.

We have been also exporting USA, Africa, Dubai, Georgia, Spain  and Bulgaria. I hope we can establish  a long – term business relationship in your country with your esteem company.

 THERMO BONDED FABRIC

Our Thermal-Bonded Nonwovens PP materials are used extensively in business machines, electrical insulations substrates, filtration and separation composites and niche medical sector applications.

MELT BLOWN PP FILTRATION FABRIC

Melt blown filter media that is produced to achieve high efficiency, was developed specifically for air and liquid filtration applications. Our nonwovens easily pleat and laminate to other materials, providing precise uniformity and breathability for applications with strict requirements. Our melt-blown filter media is highly efficient with a high capacity for holding dust and offers minimal airflow resistance. Top-class engineering provides for smooth, consistent performance.

USAGE & APPLICATION

Meltblown Media is used in respirators, facemasks, cabin air filters and industrial and residential HVAC systems. With liquid grade nonwovens, customers get graded density meltblown filter media to filter potable waters, industrial process fluids, food and beverage products and pharmaceutical. PP is a fire-resistant material.

NOSE WIRE

Our nose wire is PVC or PP coated galvanised or aluminium wires with 0.50mm &0.60mm thickness. It is convenient to be used in medical mask production lines and packing lines of other fields.

ELASTIC EAR LOOP

·         Soft special weawing for medical mask.

·         Easy to use and not harmful.

·         It has high elasticity.  

·         It is convenient to use in operations masks, security masks, dust masks,breathing protective masks, hair nets, galoshes-overshoes and other purposes that is convenient for ultrasonic machines.

HOTEL SUPPLIES

Today’s hotel and accomodation world needs a huge consumption of disposable goods especially by COVID 19. We have  noteworthy  experience of hotel  supplies about 10 years. Please kindly check some of our products as follows.

DISPOSABLE SLIPPERS

We have been producing slippers with 2mm , 2.5mm, 3mm, 4mm EVA sole and the edge is overlocked. We can design custom made models, brand and embroidery. Our production  is 100.000 pairs daily. We can increase the production up to 200.000 pairs depending on the request.

PLEATED SOAP

15 grams, 20 grams pleated pack soap, custom made and private labels can be accepted. 

SHAMPOO BOTTLES

We have been producing shampoo bottles of 28-30ml and  50ml shampoo bottles. According to the desire, we can design custom made bottles and the brands on the bottles.

Others: We have been also supplying disposable hotel textiles such as bed linen,  table cloth, towel, etc.
