Company Overview

AGA Technology Company Limited founded in 2006, is a sizable battery manufacturer, that produces battery cells all the time. AGA is a pathfinder to develop innovative technology for high-rate LiPo batteries. As of now, we have manufactured multiple products that contain Li-Polymer batteries, Lithium-ion, LIFEPO4 batteries, and NiMH batteries. Our R & D department has extensive experience in developing brand-new products for OEM or ODM projects. For now, AGA is dedicated to expanding the product categories in car jump starters for automotive parts, portable power stations, LIFEPO4 deep cycle batteries, and home batteries.

Facilities - Our purpose-built factory is located in Henan City, and pack assembly is done in Dongguan City. Stretching over a total area of 70,000 square meters, our well-trained 600 associates work with the latest, mostly internationally sourced machinery.

•  200 units of fully automatic stacking machines for high-rate Li-Polymer batteries

•  8 units of high-power ultrasonic welding machines, imported from South Korea

•  6 units of fully automated packaging machines

•  2 units of fully automated assembly machines

Quality Guarantee & Patent Owner - We possess dozens of technological patents for invention. Perhaps AGA is a pioneer in adopting the cell balancing technique on the car jump starter, which can protect the battery in an overcharging or over-discharging situation. It prolongs the battery life efficiently.

Extreme Testing - The battery cells can endure a 65-degree Celsius high-temperature test in vacuum equipment for a whole week and 80 degrees Celsius for 4 hours. It significantly reduces the probability of an accident for jump starters when the car is left in a high-temperature environment.
