In 2015, Ulit acquired two well-known senior companies Chongqing Yibo Digital Technology Co.,Ltd. (founded in 2000) and Chongqing Yibo Traffic Control Equipment Co.,Ltd. (founded in 2008). In the following years, Ulit established several other branch companies.
