Company Overview

The Chinland Agriculture Products Company Limited is registered under Directorate of Investment and Company Administration (DICA) on August 30, 2018 for distributing agricultural products which are grown organically in Myanmar to international market. It founded by diverse minority, a collective of young enthusiastic entrepreneurs, experts, and patrons who strive to connect with and create contemporary value-chain through modern, smart farming system. CAP has endeavored to support, inspire and empower smallholder farm workers from Chin Hills, rural farmers in Myanmar to benefit from modernization accessible to markets. The current situation of agricultural sector in Myanmar is economically unsustainable therefore Chinland AgriProducts (CAP) Steering Committee was created in February, 2018, with the specific tasks of developing a five‐year strategic plan the use of the art of modern farming system and well‐being programs to replace the traditional methods of farming in Chin State, Kale Kabaw in Sagaing and Magway Regions. CAP has reached out to more than 500 villages over the past two years before its initial organization. There were several farmers who faced land ownership problem do not know how to apply according to the rules and regulations due to less transparency and government assistance. As stated in our company motto “Plant, Live & Grow Together”, our company will continue to work closely together with farmers for successful plantation and actively search for market where the goods can be sold.

CAP is a leading company that endeavors to promote the rural livelihood of farmers through educating farmers the steps in the transformation of modern, smart farming system in Myanmar. CAP stand as a cornerstone for advancement of empowering women and youth participations in agribusiness to scale up inclusive business and helping farmers to generate good incomes.
