1) When factory buy the material back, our QC will take sample to inpect color and then take small piece to test quality by machine.
2) After starting production, we will ask factory to make one group goods to test and check if they match quality standard.
3) if the first group it is ok, our QC will allow the factory start bulk production.
4) When making production, our QC will take some goods to test and check quality them every day.
5) for Pack, our QC will sign one pack sample in line, all pack workers will according sample to pack the goods.
6)After all goods finish, our QC will inpect 1-2% to check them, if they are ok, we will arrange to load container.
