Quality Control

Retailer Carphone Warehouse is claiming a 25% jump in its customer satisfaction ratings after investing in business process management (BPM) software to help staff deal with sales, queries and complaints.

The mobile phone retailer, which had a turnover of £3.5bn last year, has rolled out the software to 850 stores and three call centres in the UK, and is gearing up to roll out the technology across Europe.

The system, dubbed How2, provides shop workers and call centre staff with simple-to-follow visual guides, covering thousands of possible queries.

O2: How much it will cost to upgrade early depends on how far you are into your contract and prices may vary. You can upgrade to a new contract ideally after the first 12 months of your contract. However, if you’re on a longer-term contract (for those on 24-month or 36-month contracts) you may have different Terms & Conditions, please contact us or the Business Customer Services to find out your eligibility
All devices purchased from us have a 24-month warranty with the exception of Apple devices that have a 12-month warranty. To log a warranty claim please call our customer service team on 03306780528, you will need the IMEI of the device this can be found by typing in *#06# into your device and pressing call. If your handset does not show an IMEI this is either printed on the back of the device or on the sim card tray.
All our devices are unlocked and don’t lock to the first network sim that is placed in them. If your current handset is locked and was brought from another supplier, you will need to contact your network directly to get this unlocked. If you have an older handset that was purchased from us and is locked please call us on 03306780528 to discuss how to unlock your device.
