Quality assurance measures

1. Strictly follow iso9001:2000 standard and special equipment manufacturing safety registration requirements, and implement the company's quality system documents.

2. Organize relevant personnel to fully communicate with customers on raw materials, process, packaging and transportation.Make a detailed understanding of the delivery status and environment, so as to achieve mutual understanding and agreement.

3. In the manufacturing process of products, independent production mode can be carried out, and "quality assurance outline" can be worked out jointly with customers.

4. Raw material procurement shall be selected from the suppliers certified by the company, and the supplier shall be supplemented after the certification procedure is started when the scope is exceeded.

5. The company and the customer shall jointly evaluate the supplier qualification of the raw material suppliers designated by the customer and reach consensus.

6. Re-inspect all raw materials in the site, and never allow raw materials that do not meet the production requirements to enter the production process.

7. Strictly implement the factory's inspection specifications in the production process, and implement the "three inspections" system for semi-finished products.

8. Carefully record the quality in the production process and fill in the process flow card to ensure the traceability of products.

9. The technical department shall ensure the accuracy of measuring instruments;The equipment management department shall ensure the integrity of the equipment;Tooling die to meet process requirements.

10. Final inspection of finished products shall be carried out in accordance with relevant standards and regulations before warehousing to ensure 100% warehousing acceptance rate.

11. Mark carefully according to the contract or standard specification.
