Bulkmasks.direct is a service of Rocket Distributors, LLC, a U.S. International Trading Company (ITC) founded in 2017. All sales transactions made with Rocket Distributors, LLC, are governed by U.S. law.
Sure. Qualified buyers are welcome to transact directly with the manufacturer and are not required to use Rocket’s trading services. However, Rocket’s will not be able to warrant the quality of service in these cases.
To ensure quality and regulatory compliance, Bulkmasks.direct only sells masks from a single, fully vertically integrated factory that has been a partner of our group since 2017. The factory is a large, publicly traded company and manufacturer of meltblown fiber, a key component of authentic PPE. Relevant documents, including FDA registration and independent lab testing documents, will be provided to qualified bulk buyers after receipt of an order request.
Independent lab testing certifying the performance and specifications of the masks will be provided to buyers before the purchase is finalized. Each box of masks ships with a matching manufacturer certificate of authenticity. We are aware of fraudulent KN95 masks tested by the CDC; masks sold by Bulkmasks.direct are not on this “blacklist” and are guaranteed to surpass 95% particulate filtration efficiency.
Bulkmasks.direct is currently able to sell approximately 600 million 3-ply surgical masks and 600 million KN95 respirator masks each month. Larger, contracted volumes and dedicated production lines are available to qualified buyers. Orders for governments and the healthcare industry will be prioritized.
Yes, we maintain an open-door policy for our clients. Preproduction visits are reserved for strategic buyers, including governments, healthcare suppliers, and retailers. All clients of Bulkmasks.direct are welcome to visit and inspect their order prior to issuing the balance payment or loading the cargo.
The factory price is set by a combination of factors, including raw material and production cost currently under contract, volume incentives, and operational margin to support the legal and logistical framework of offering this service.
Indicated air freight costs are based on current best estimate indications of the prevailing air freight cargo spot market. Sea freight cargo, including final inland transportation in the U.S., is provided for free to our bulk customers. Please note that Bulkmasks.direct optionally arranges these transportation methods as an added-value service, but sales terms are EXW (exworks factory). Accordingly, customs and duties are not included in the sales price.
While sales terms are factory exworks (EXW), the manufacturer will handle the export customs declaration and process. The factory is an authorized exporter and is permitted by China Customs to export PPE’s. Successful export of purchases is guaranteed.
Bulkmasks.direct sells on an exworks factory (EXW) basis. This means the buyer is responsible for importing the goods into U.S. territory and declaring them to U.S. Customs as the Importer of Record (IOR). If you desire not to make import arrangements and would rather purchase PPE from an authorized U.S. distributor of Bulkmasks.direct, you may indicate so on the final stage of the order request form.
Yes. Contracted supply agreements are available through the end of the calendar year. U.S. buyers may also contact us to be placed in contact with an authorized FDA-registered importer and distributor of our products that is able to serve recurring order needs of all sizes.
