Negotiation procedure: 1. Send the LOI or purchase intention. 2. The factory will generate the FCO. 3. The buyer must confirm the FCO, with signature and seal of the company or government. 4. It must be attached with the FCO, of the MT705, only as proof of funds for at least 30% of the total contract. 5. Go to the purchase and sale contract. 6. Present MT700 for 30% of the contract. Notes: The buyer is entitled to request a certificate of inspection of the product or to inspect our materials once financial procedures start as the following: • Our bank advises us officially with confirmed and at sight MT700 with full conditions of our commercial invoice. • Our bank advises us officially with pre-advice confirmed and at sight MT705 with full conditions of our commercial invoice.
