1. Our agro experts team closely work with jute farmers for maintaining eco friendly jute cultivation and harvesting.
2. Then we select and store best quality jute, jute stick and jute leaves in our warehouse which is inspected by our jute QC team. They are doing this job since 12 years.
3. After received query our R&D dept. go for sampling as per buyers requirements and make continue communication through email,WhatsApp and video call ( if necessary) with buyer.
4. Our operation team negotiate price, lead time, payment terms and understand all buyers requirements. All are documented by digital communication.
5. Based on buyers comments finalised products standards quality for buyers approval.
6. Aftet received TT from buyers bank and received approved sample copy from buyers office go for bulk production.
7. Maintain strict measures to ensure bulk quality by our hardworking and expart QC team and send bulk sample to buyer before bulk shipment.
8. Complete production , 100% in-house QC as per buyers approved sample. Make standard packaging and send for shipment.
9. Share shipment documents and received rest of the payment.
10. Contact buyers for getting feedback after receiving goods buyer end.
