MACHINERY EQUIPMENTBeing equipped with 50 sets STOLL Machines, 50sets 16gg, 150sets 12gg, 25sets 7gg/5gg/3gg hand loom knitting machines, which enable us to produce 300,000pcs sweaters/accessories per year.THE PRODUCT QUALITYWe make various kinds of Ladies, Mens and Childrens/Babies wear from 3gg to 16gg such as knitted pullover, cardigan, sweaters, pants, gloves, hats and scarf, blankets, socks, shoes.... under pure cashmere, cashmere/wool, cashmere/silk, cashmere/cotton, cashmere/bamboo blended yarn or 100% mercerized merino wool yarn. We are also strong with intarsia, jacquard, hand/machine embroidery, applique, discharge printing/silk-screen printing and beadings work. In our knit workshop, we have equiped.OUR TEAMWe have our own control of the cashmere quality and purity, since every year our manager director and his team come to Alashan Inner Mongonlia where have the finest white cashmere fibre quality in the world check the fibre quality by themselves. And we sourcing the raw fibre/spun yarns in our own factory.THE PROCESSING TECHNOLOGYOur yarn spinning workshop have installed 10 dehaired cahmere spinning production lines, including 7 sets of brand new Italy OCTIR carding Machines, 6 sets of brand new BIGAGLI B-6.0style spinning mules, new Japanese MURATEC Assembler, Germany Branded Spooler , Italy Twister and HongKong made dying apparatus, we can annually produce 300 tons of finely dehaired cashmere tops, 200 tons of worsted yarn, 500 tons of woolen yarn for pure cashmere, cashmere/wool, cashmere/cotton, cashmere/silk, cashmere/bamboo blend.Look forward to hearing from you,my friend.
